Thank you for visiting my digital gallery!
I’m a Chicago-based abstract artist. I paint in acrylics and love using bold color, movement, and texture to capture a feeling or a moment. A lot of my inspiration comes from real life—from the energy of Chicago to the colors and landscapes I see while driving through the Midwest.
Art has always been part of my life. My mom and both of my grandmothers were artists, so I grew up surrounded by creativity. I earned my BFA and went on to have a career in packaging design, but I always knew I wanted to get back to painting.
During the shutdown in 2020, I finally did—and I haven’t looked back.
My paintings are very hands-on. I use brushes, palette knives, my hands, and sometimes unexpected everyday objects to move the paint around and build up texture.
I like leaving room for the painting to evolve as I work.
A few of my paintings have even made their way onto the set of the
TV show Chicago PD, which has been an unexpected part of this journey.
